About the job

In the middle of Veltheim is the Secondary School Feld. Around 250 students attend Sek Feld and are accompanied by over 40 dedicated teachers as well as school special educators. We place great value on a respectful atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and respectful interaction is lived. For our school, we are looking for a committed co-principal starting August 1, 2026 (or by arrangement).

Your Tasks

Operational management of the school in organizational, administrative, and financial areas (school credit as well as budget within the framework of special education measures)

Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff

Ensuring school and quality development

Planning of workloads and hours

Representing the school internally and externally

Collaboration with the school board, the education management, and the school principals of the Education Team West

Your Profile

Proven leadership and professional experience in the educational environment, preferably with school leadership experience

Started or completed school leadership training (or willingness to acquire it)

Teaching experience as a teacher at the secondary level

Solution-oriented attitude and composure in dealing with challenging situations

Flair for organizational and administrative tasks

Communicative, appreciative with a participative leadership approach
