IT Support Specialist m/f/d (100%)

Job Description
In this versatile position, you will take over the first and second level support for our 17 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You are a central contact person for our employees regarding IT questions and ensure that the operation of our IT systems in the medical environment runs smoothly. You actively support IT projects, contribute to the digitalization and optimization of our workflows, and manage our modern IT and system landscape. You will regularly be on site at our locations and ensure that our employees can always rely on reliable, stable, and secure IT.

• First and second level support on site in our clinics (computers, printers, network)
• Support for doctors, medical staff, and administration with IT questions
• Support in IT projects (e.g., opening of new locations)
• Assistance in the digitalization of processes and workflows
• Maintenance and further development of our website
• Management of the telephone system (3CX)
• Support in the maintenance of the patient information system (curaMED)
• Collaboration with our IT partner Swisscom on complex IT issues
• Documentation of incidents, solutions, systems, and processes
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation systems and mobile devices
• User administration (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)

• Several years of experience in an IT support role
• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ
• Open, communicative personality with patience and understanding in dealing with various professional groups
• Experience in the medical environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of travel and assignments at different locations (mobility and driving license category B are advantageous)
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of network technologies, cloud solutions, and IT security is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
