Do you enjoy caring for children and shaping their everyday lives? Do you love accompanying and supporting kindergarten and primary school children on their journey? Then you are exactly right with us! The care service of the city of Zug offers kindergarten and primary school children a place full of play, creativity, and relaxation. We are expanding our care location at the Riedmatt school and are looking for an open-minded and warm-hearted employee who will complete our team with lots of joy, humor, and passion as of August 1, 2026.

Tasks
- You care for kindergarten and primary school children and accompany heterogeneous groups of children in organizing their leisure time
- You are responsible for implementing the educational concept (together with the group leader and a committed team)
- You observe, accompany, and support individual social, learning, and developmental processes
- You participate in the holiday care program (Holiday Zug)
- With your presence, you build relationships and are sometimes simply there – exactly when the children need you
Expectations
- Training as FABE or childhood educator HF (or comparable training)
- A heart for children, a clear head, and two open ears
- Team spirit, reliability, and organizational talent
- Good IT and smartphone user skills
- Enjoyment in working with children from different cultures
- Empathy, flexibility, and humor
