Metalworker – Project Manager
Activities
- Organization and professional management of construction sites
- Leadership, guidance, and coordination of employees
- Planning, calculation, and monitoring of workflows
- Ensuring quality standards as well as control of completed work
- Customer support on site as well as measurement and preparation of offers
- Active participation in painting work and corrosion protection projects in the shipbuilding and industrial sectors
Requirements
- Completed training as a painter EFZ or industrial painter EFZ
- Further training as a project manager color BP, site manager SMGV or federally certified master painter – or willingness to complete this
- Several years of professional experience in the painting trade
- Knowledge in corrosion protection is an advantage
- Good German and English skills, French skills are a plus
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Team-oriented personality with leadership qualities
