To complement our team, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and competent individual for the position of Team Leader Quality Assurance. These are your tasks

• Personnel, technical, and organizational leadership of the team
• Contact person for internal and external complaints
• Control and monitoring of quality inspections throughout the entire production process
• Technical support in error management, especially for complex measurement and analysis tasks
• Active participation in internal and external Q-audits as well as seamless documentation of delivery processes
• Monitoring and calibration of testing and measuring equipment
• Implementation, compliance, and assurance of requirements for occupational safety, QM, environmental management, and legal regulations
• Support of the supervisor in planning and budgeting processes
• Completed technical vocational training
• Further training/certifications in quality assurance/quality management
• Several years of professional experience in the mentioned field
• Sound knowledge in metrology
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Enjoyment in growing and shaping change processes
• Structured and analytical approach and a high quality awareness
• Teamwork, resilience, and strong communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, and independent working style
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
