- Refinement of steel through targeted heat treatment, performing hardening, tempering, and other heat treatment processes
- Brazing and welding of steel components
- Electron beam welding
- Laser cladding welding
- Preparation and post-processing of workpieces
- Performing general workshop tasks
- Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of
- machines and equipment
- Quality control of manufactured components
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Completed technical or craft training in the metal sector
- Experience in heat treatment of steel
- Knowledge of various welding processes, especially electron beam and laser methods
- Technical understanding and confident handling of workshop machines
