Your tasks and competencies
- In this versatile role with correspondingly high responsibility, you take care of professional order processing from A to Z
- Preparation of offers in close cooperation with our field service
- Invoicing of bills as well as follow-up of customer orders after delivery
- Procurement of warehouse materials and trade parts for our customers
- Processing customer inquiries and handling general secretarial tasks
- Attending to visitors in our showroom and supporting our sales team
- You are the first point of contact for customer complaints and ensure proper handling including feedback to customers
Your profile
- You have completed commercial basic training and ideally have experience in internal sales and knowledge of the office furniture industry
- You have pronounced IT user skills in MS Office and preferably knowledge of Concept Office and pCon
- In addition, you have very good German skills as well as English skills
- You have a confident and well-groomed appearance, maintain an independent, solution-oriented, precise way of working, and enjoy daily customer contact
