Activities
- Independent calculation of roof renovation projects in the area of pitched and flat roofs
- Analysis of tenders, plans, and technical documents
- Preparation of offers and cost estimates
- Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor offers
- Technical clarifications with builders, architects, and project managers
- Support of project management during the execution phase
- Post-calculation and cost control of ongoing projects
Requirements
- Completed training in main or secondary construction trades, ideally as a roofer, tinsmith, or comparable
- Further training as a calculator, construction manager, or technician is an advantage
- Several years of experience in calculation, preferably in the area of roof renovations
- Good knowledge in pitched and/or flat roof areas
- Confident handling of MS Office and calculation programs
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
