Product Specialist Service 100% (m/f)

Do you love technology and direct customer contact? Take responsibility for electric and commercial vehicles in the field of agricultural and municipal machinery, perform service and repair work, and accompany customers during training and demonstrations.

• Technical responsibility for electric and commercial vehicles in the assigned area
• Provision, inspection, and delivery of vehicles
• Customer training, consultations, demonstrations, and deliveries related to electric and commercial vehicles in the field of agricultural and municipal machinery
• Technical support in internal and external service
• Recording, execution, and completion of service orders
• Service and repair work on-site at the customer (with the service vehicle)
• Interface function between the workshop, product manager, and sales field service regarding coordination and organization
• Ensuring a smooth information and warranty process
• Participation in projects and collaboration with international suppliers
• Experience with technical documentation (CE conformity) is an advantage

• Basic training as a construction, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic
• Proven experience in similar functions
• Further training in sales and communication
• High independence, teamwork, and reliability
• Good IT skills and enjoyment in working with MS Office
• Driver's license category B/E
• Native German speaker as well as good French skills
