Activities
- You are responsible for the master data concept and ensure high quality and consistency of our property master data
- You create and maintain work and process instructions in the area of portfolio management
- You identify optimization potentials in our processes and implement appropriate measures taking into account all surrounding systems (SAP RE-FX, smenso, Vitruv)
- You are an SAP RE-FX superuser and support the team with questions and challenges
Profile
- You have a commercial or technical basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration or business informatics. Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
- You have experience with SAP and are confident in using Excel
- You work in a structured, reliable, and careful manner
- You are a team-oriented, solution-focused personality and have a high IT affinity
- You enjoy supporting others and sharing your knowledge
