About the job
As a contact person at our client on site (Solothurn region), you fulfill an important representation role and ensure professional service. You are responsible for the operation of the reception and the associated access control and visitor support on weekdays.What you can achieve:
- Professional reception and care of customers, visitors, and suppliers
- Contact person for concerns of customers and employees
- You act as an interface between Securitas AG and the client
- Access control and badge handling
- You are responsible for the security briefing of visitors.
- Furthermore, various administrative tasks as well as the operation of customer-specific systems are also part of your duties.
What you bring:
- You have a neat and service-oriented manner
- You have good organizational skills and excellent manners
- You have completed vocational training and have experience in a similar field of activity
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Fluent spoken German and understanding of dialect
- Very good English skills at least level B2
- Proficient PC user skills (Office 365)
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract not older than 3 months)
- Swiss citizenship or C residence permit
