To strengthen our team at Endress+Hauser Group Services AG, we are looking for a committed team coordinator (m/f/d) for the reception at the Endress+Hauser headquarters. In this role, as one of the reception staff, you are the first point of contact for our guests and employees – and thus the first point of contact for our company. You will also coordinate the 3-person reception team. With your friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner, you significantly shape the first impression people gain of Endress+Hauser.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- Welcome, assist, and be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees
- Operate our telephone switchboard and visitor management system, ensure cross-country accessibility, and forward calls appropriately
- Coordinate our reception, manage the shift schedule, and optimize technology and processes
- Reserve meeting rooms for internal and external events and support events organizationally
- Support seminars, workshops, and larger events both administratively and on-site
- Place orders, organize pool vehicles, and take on other administrative tasks
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have completed training in a commercial field or in gastronomy/hospitality
- Bring several years of experience as a receptionist or in a comparable role
- Work customer-oriented with a high service commitment
- Are a team player and remain calm even in challenging moments
- Have very good German, English, and French skills
