The Department of Admission, Enrollment and Counseling ZIB is responsible for all questions regarding registration and admission to studies at the University of Bern and for semester-wise enrollment.
We are looking for a reliable assistant immediately or by arrangement at 40 - 50 percent.
Tasks
- Distributing incoming mail to recipients in the main building of the University
- Opening, dating and distributing mail addressed to the ZIB
- Printing, packaging and sending standardized correspondence (Campus Account, UNICARD, enrollment and deregistration confirmations, etc.)
- Checking the identity control sheets of new students and preparing for enrollment, sending the electronic receipt confirmation, organizing and filing the documents
- Processing listener registrations (including open lecture hall)
- Supporting the head of ZIB as well as the head of administration
- Performing additional tasks within the scope of the ZIB
Requirements
Enrolled student at the University of Bern
Advanced bachelor's degree or beginning master's degree
Very good IT user skills
Resilience, even in hectic times and situations
Teamwork skills
Flexibility
