This is what you do with us:
- You are the central contact person for the board and inform them transparently about business operations.
You credibly represent the organization internally and externally. - You bear overall operational responsibility in professional, personnel, and financial matters and sustainably implement the strategic goals.
- Together with the Head of Nursing and the Head of HWB (Housekeeping & Care), you form the management team that leads the organization cooperatively and impact-oriented.
- You shape development and change processes with foresight, promote personal responsibility, and foster a respectful leadership culture.
What you bring with you:
- You have higher education in business administration, nursing, or equivalent.
- You bring experience in a comparable leadership role in healthcare, as well as project and organizational development skills.
- You possess entrepreneurial thinking and analytical strengths.
- You have strong social and communication skills as well as natural authority and humility.
