Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with the municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the location in Zurich Altstetten.

Your tasks:
- Hub function to various internal and external interfaces within the department as well as cross-departmental
- Independent handling of administrative tasks and collaboration in personnel administration and time recording
- Professional support and contact point for the IT Finance and IT Contract Management team as well as creating contracts and documentation
- Responsible ordering of IT software and hardware
- Organization of appointments and calendar management
- Deputy for the Backoffice team leader
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented with a professional certificate
- Several years of professional experience in the backoffice, secretariat, and assistance with independent areas of work
- Confident German skills as well as good English skills
- An outstanding talent for organization
- Reliable, hands-on, and responsible working style, a creative mind that also thinks outside the box, and enjoys teamwork
