Electrical Panel Control Manager

Mission :
- Ensure the mechanical, electrical, and functional control of equipment assemblies.
- Develop, analyze, and write non-compliance reports.
- Update monitoring documents and ensure compliance with the general rules applicable to electrical panels.
- Ensure the reliability and sustainability of best practices related to current standards.
- Depending on workload, participate in the construction and wiring of electrical cabinets, as well as carry out on-site interventions as an automation technician.
- Act as a technical reference for normative developments, ensure their dissemination, and organize training sessions for employees.
- Ensure the operational and managerial management of the control sector, including direct supervision of two employees.
- Plan and optimize human and material resources in your activity sector.
- Actively participate in steering meetings and in the development of the entity's overall schedule.
Profile :
- Federal VET diploma as automation technician, federal VET diploma as automation fitter, federal VET diploma as electrical installer
- Federal certificate of professional competence in electrical panel construction: an asset
- Experience in the field of electrical panels
- Mastery of current electrical standards (OMBT, EN 61439, NIBT, and PDIE)
- Ease in reading diagrams
- Good knowledge of common IT tools as well as Power BI
- Methodical mind and sense of responsibility, equipped with assertive communication and great concentration ability.
- Organized, adaptable, and stress-resistant, you ensure precise and quality work, with respect, flexibility, and technical skill.
