Microdul AG in Zurich City, with around 100 employees, specializes in high-quality microelectronics with three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, realized in close collaboration with our customers - mainly in medical technology. We are looking for a new team member for our Measurement & Trimming department.

• Leadership and further development of a small team
• Planning and monitoring of ongoing production orders
• Ensuring timely order processing
• Ensuring the availability of devices, machines, and materials at all times
• Close collaboration with Test Engineering, Logistics, and Process Development
• Participation in the evaluation of new operating resources
• Management and implementation of projects
• Identification and implementation of efficiency and quality improvements
• Problem solving as well as creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Application and further development of quality tools

• Completed studies as an engineer (FH) in electronics or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge in measurement technology
• 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Very good German skills in speaking, writing, and technical expression
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Analytical, critical, and solution-oriented thinking
• Clear, precise expression as well as creativity and resilience
• High independence, initiative, and pronounced leadership skills
