Your Tasks
- Performing and supervising all common anesthesiological procedures
- Guiding and mentoring assistant physicians (m/f/d) and specialist physicians (m/f/d)
- Participating in the organization and further development of anesthesiological processes
- Participating in senior physician on-call duty
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical and nursing teams
- Actively shaping quality, process, and structural improvements
Your Profile
- Recognition as a specialist physician (m/f/d) in anesthesiology with relevant professional experience in an acute care hospital or a comparable institution
- Ideally additional qualification in intensive care medicine as well as clinical experience in intensive care medicine
- Enjoyment in training and supervising assistant physicians (m/f/d) as well as interest in further developing clinical processes
- Enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration, sense of responsibility, and empathy in dealing with patients (m/f/d) and employees
