WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE
- You actively participate in M&A sell-side and buy-side transactions in the SME environment
- You accompany clients throughout the entire transaction process
- You support the team in company valuations, company sales, and due diligence projects
- You prepare extensive and complex data and content, creating the basis for transaction processes and negotiations
- You create client presentations and conduct thorough market research
- You make an active contribution to nationwide exchange and collaboration within Deal Advisory Switzerland
- You work closely with internal specialists from areas such as tax and law, fiduciary, auditing, and real estate
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- You have a university of applied sciences/university degree and/or a commercial basic education with corresponding further training and relevant professional experience (ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, or bookkeeping)
- You think in networks, have pronounced analytical skills, and enjoy working with numbers
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have an affinity for data analysis
- You are characterized by high self-motivation and initiative
- You convince through professionalism, resilience, and team-oriented thinking and acting
- You communicate very confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing
