Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living places available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various in-house products are manufactured.
In the living setting "Schweizerhof" in Kreuzlingen people aged 45 to 70 with psychological impairments live. The property, a former hotel, is centrally located in Kreuzlingen. Due to the proximity to the city, we offer opportunities for participation in everyday life - a concern that is particularly important to us.

- Completed training in social pedagogy (FaBe, social pedagogue) or HF nursing specialist
- Experience working with psychologically impaired people
