We are looking for you as a seizure officer 50 - 100 % for our Debt Collection and Municipal Office (municipalities Rüti, Bubikon, Dürnten, Fischenthal and Wald).

Specialist in Seizures 50 - 100 %
This is your job:
- Formal and substantive examination of incoming continuation and realization requests
- Execution of seizures, retentions and arrest procedures in internal and external service
- Preparation of seizure certificates
- Management and administration of wage seizure control
- Issuance of loss certificates
- Preparation and assistance in handling realization procedures
- Independent correspondence and form management in the area of responsibility
- Taking over deputizing in the office (including recording debt collection requests, counter and telephone service, preparation of debt collection register extracts, providing debt collection register information, general secretarial tasks)
This is what you bring:
- Commercial training EFZ or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience at a debt collection office desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, great empathy and mental resilience
- Good IT skills (Bea-Net, Office)
- Teamwork skills
- Networked thinking
- Driver's license category B
