For our office in Gisikon in the GU/TU area, we are looking for you as a Junior Construction Manager HVACSE (m/f/d) for the project "Hotel H4C/The Alpinist, Andermatt Swiss Alps" in Andermatt. The 4+/5-star hotel "The Alpinist" features 66 rooms, restaurants & bars, 164 apartments, as well as SPA/Wellness/Fitness spread over three individual buildings connected by the podium. What you will do
- Lead the local construction management for building technology
- Procure and review plans at the start of execution
- Participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers
- Lead/coordinate all subcontractors for building technology
- Quality control of ongoing construction execution including documentation
- Create the construction journal and record minutes
Why you will succeed
- Completed practical training in the HVACSE field
- Experience as an installation manager HVACSE on larger construction sites or experience as a construction manager in the execution of building technology projects
- Team-oriented, cooperative personality, able to take responsibility
- Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting deadlines and costs
- Familiar with the general contractor environment
