Tasks
- Conduct FEM and Moldflow analyses to optimize injection molded parts.
- 3D model and create drawings using CAD, specifically Siemens NX.
- Evaluate and optimize tools, cycle times, and part costs with Cost-Data.
Skills
- Degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Experience with FEM, Moldflow, and injection molding technology.
- Strong knowledge of tool design, process optimization, and plastic design.

- FEM and Moldflow analyses as well as derivation of optimizations for injection molded parts and tools
- 3D modeling and drawing creation in CAD (Siemens NX)
- Evaluation and optimization of tools, cycle times, and part costs with cost data
- Setup and optimization of injection molding machines for on-site validation
Requirements:
- Degree in plastics technology, mechanical engineering, or comparable education
- Experience with FEM, Moldflow, injection molding technology, and CAD design
- Knowledge in tool design, process optimization, and plastics design
- Very good German and English skills
