Your Tasks
- Professional psychiatric care and support of our patients (m/f/d)
- Implementation and documentation of nursing measures according to current standards
- Participation in individual treatment and care plans
- Support in crisis interventions and de-escalation strategies
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors (m/f/d), psychologists (m/f/d), social services, and therapy teams
- Promotion of a stable, safe, and appreciative ward atmosphere
- Participation in patient meetings, case discussions, staff meetings, ward rounds, and supervisions
Your Profile
- Completed training in nursing, for example as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d), or similar
- Career starters (m/f/d) in psychiatric nursing are also warmly welcome
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of team-oriented work
- Sense of responsibility as well as reliable and structured working methods
