Your contribution to the company
- You participate in underwriting group life insurance (mandatory and supplementary accident insurance; group loss of earnings insurance in case of illness);
- You assess risk and define contract conditions using modern tools based on numerical data and internal guidelines;
- You participate in implementing premium adjustment measures;
- You provide technical and specialized support to our distribution network (brokers and AXA agencies) and independently handle requests from them;
- You manage the administrative aspects of life insurance contracts;
- You write various internal and external correspondence.
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You hold a commercial apprenticeship certificate in insurance (a private and/or social insurance diploma is a plus);
- You have experience in underwriting and/or in the field of group life insurance;
- You are strongly customer-oriented, comfortable with negotiation and communication;
- You have the ability to handle high periodic workloads;
- You are personable and have a strong team spirit;
- You demonstrate agility, dynamism, and openness to change;
- You possess excellent knowledge of the French language (understanding German is a plus);
- You are proficient with standard IT tools (Office 365).
