Founded by three childhood friends Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée De Goriainoff in 2007 and joined by Xavier Padovani in 2010, Experimental disrupts the hospitality and restaurant industry by offering a unique contemporary hospitality experience to a demanding clientele worldwide.

ABOUT THE EXPERIMENTAL CHALET VERBIER
Since winter 2018, the Experimental Group has exported its French expertise to Switzerland. The Experimental Chalet opened its doors in the heart of Verbier, the cosmopolitan Franco-Swiss destination; a hotspot for ski enthusiasts and lively après-ski.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Position: Chef de Partie
Contract: Fixed-term
Duration: January – April
Under the responsibility of the Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for the preparation and sending of dishes from their section, respecting quality and hygiene standards, to offer an exceptional culinary experience to our clients.
Main tasks:
Prepare mise en place and preliminary preparations.
Execute recipes according to technical sheets and the menu.
Prepare dishes according to specific customer orders.
Check the quality of preparations (tasting, analysis and correction if necessary).
Store ingredients according to the establishment's methods and standards.
Receive and control the quality and quantity of deliveries.
Strictly apply hygiene and safety rules in force.
Wear professional attire compliant with hygiene and safety legislation.

ABOUT YOU
Successful experience as a kitchen assistant or similar position
Good mastery and knowledge of cooking methods, products, equipment
Organizational skills and speed of execution
Passion for the world of gastronomy
Rigour in respecting work procedures and technical sheets
Knowledge of hygiene rules
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
