We are looking for an experienced and professionally skilled leader. In this responsible role, you will manage all construction activities on the electricity supply network of Stadtwerk Winterthur. You will lead the construction management and technician team with a total of around 30 employees and, together with your team, ensure a reliable and high-quality electricity supply for the population of the city of Winterthur. Look forward to a varied range of tasks with high responsibility and scope for design.

Your Tasks

Personnel management of the Execution department and coordination of pipeline and plant construction

Planning, budgeting, and coordination of network construction as well as technical development considering economic efficiency

Preparation of applications for tenders and contracts

Documentation of the pipeline network

On-call duty

Your Profile

You have completed technical training as well as advanced training at HF / FH level in electrical engineering, construction, energy technology, or telecommunications. Business management training is an advantage

Several years of relevant professional and leadership experience

Result-oriented working style with a willingness for continuous improvement as well as pronounced safety and risk awareness

Entrepreneurially thinking leader with strong team orientation and high customer and service orientation

Good IT skills in MS Office programs as well as basic knowledge of databases; SAP knowledge is an advantage

Driver's license category B
