Do you want to actively shape nursing? Support our team in teaching, research, and development and contribute to the advancement of nursing.

Department: Health

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement. Limited to 6-12 months (with option for extension).

• You support the team with administrative and organizational tasks in the teaching and project context.
• You conduct structured literature searches and prepare scientific findings in an understandable way.
• You participate in data collection or evaluations.
• You contribute to the preparation and drafting of applications.
• You assist with dissemination.

Optional tasks (depending on profile and interest):

• You support the organization of workshops or professional events.
• You independently take on smaller subprojects.
• You are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or a related field.
• You are interested in evidence-based nursing, research & development, and project work.
• You are interested in nursing education.
• You work carefully, structured, and like to take responsibility for defined areas of tasks.
• You write confidently in German and can prepare complex content in an understandable way.

Nice-to-have criteria:

• First experience in project work or scientific work.
• Interest in scientific publication or knowledge transfer.
• Good knowledge of other languages (English, French, Italian)
