The AVALON Hotel in Bad Reichenhall is an established and very popular, central 4* Garni hotel, known for our excellent services and extraordinary hospitality. (completely renovated in 2020)

Your tasks include:

• Deputy management of hotel operations
• Representative in the hotel
• Monitoring and optimizing service quality
• Compliance with budget requirements
• Leading and developing the hotel team
• Planning and implementing marketing strategies to increase guest numbers
• Designing and conducting events / conferences

Requirements profile:

• Several years of professional experience in a managerial position in the hotel industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
