Spitex Canton Zug is a meaningful and valuable institution. It ensures help and care in the own four walls on behalf of the municipalities. Around 300 employees are deployed to support those who are independent but still need support. Every year, Spitex Canton Zug visits over 2600 customers and covers a distance equivalent to 21 times around the earth.
This is what you do with us:
- You process and forward phone calls and emails including customer inquiries and take care of complaint management.
- You receive telephone and electronic registrations for care as well as housekeeping & support, including handling partly complex inquiries from doctors and other institutions.
- You conduct telephone preliminary clarifications for nursing and housekeeping assignments, including questions on topics such as financing, medical orders, and tariffs.
- You maintain and manage customer files and records via Excel and Nexus.
- You take care of system maintenance of customer and organization master data.
- You take care of receiving visitors.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training in the commercial or nursing/medical field, as well as several years of professional experience.
- You work independently and responsibly.
- You are a motivated and assertive personality with excellent organizational skills.
- You communicate confidently in German - both spoken and written. Foreign languages are welcome.
