Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
You will join the Risk Management – Group team, where you will be involved in empowering decision-makers with accurate and actionable insights through the design of advanced, scalable data solutions that underpin Group Risk strategies. This role focuses on driving innovation in analytics, ensuring the availability and high quality of data, and leading efforts to modernise our data ecosystem – embracing AI to enhance productivity and migration to cloud platforms.
Your role
- Collaborating with risk managers and executive leadership to translate strategic goals and regulatory requirements into robust data and analytics solutions.
- Architecting and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines that integrate and transform data from diverse sources, from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
- Designing and deploying robust data models and interactive business intelligence dashboards that enable effective risk monitoring and support proactive risk management and decision-making.
- Driving the implementation of a modern data analytics infrastructure, including initiatives to modernise data flows, migrate selected analytics to cloud platforms and implement innovative approaches – including the use of AI, intelligent agents and automation – to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Ensuring rigorous data quality and controls in line with the Group’s data governance framework and strategy.
Documenting data flows, architecture, operational aspects and business rules. - Collaborating on cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment on data governance, data strategy and best practices.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g. FRM, CFA) are a plus.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing data architectures using modern ETL and automation frameworks.
- Solid SQL (Oracle PL/SQL knowledge is a plus) and Python coding skills.
- Hands-on experience designing BI dashboards, using Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern data analytics practices. Hands-on experience of Snowflake is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Also, solid organisational, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
The successful candidate must be resident in Switzerland.
