Your contribution:
- Strategic leadership: You define brand governance and sharpen our positioning for B2C and B2B.
- Brand ambassador: You ensure a consistent brand story across all channels and strengthen trust in the brand.
- Performance & growth: You manage the marketing budget, define clear KPIs, and ensure that our measures achieve measurable success.
- Interface management: You ensure alignment with management, sales, and the product team.
Your skills and talents:
- Marketing professional: You have solid experience in classic brand management, communication strategy, and ideally in employer branding.
- Experienced leadership personality: You bring solid experience in team leadership to guide our team through clear role definitions and measurable KPIs, promote a proactive doer mentality focused on personal responsibility, and establish an open feedback culture that centers on cross-team thinking and continuous learning.
- Analytical foresight: You think strategically, love data, and know how to draw the right conclusions from KPIs.
- Strong communication skills: You are responsible for target group-appropriate communication for B2C & B2B and know how to confidently inspire complex stakeholders for our mission.
