At the heart of technical infrastructures, you take operational responsibility for an essential service ensuring the proper functioning of operational buildings. As a close manager, you supervise your teams and guarantee the safety, maintenance, and reliability of the facilities, while contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have a solid technical education (CFC complemented by higher education, ES technician, bachelor or equivalent)
• You have proven experience in managing operational teams as well as in technical management, development, and renovation of buildings (maintenance, operation, energy)
• You effectively and pragmatically supervise, motivate, and develop your employees
• You organize and prioritize activities methodically and with practical sense
• You communicate clearly and know how to collaborate with different departments and partners
• You master common IT tools as well as specialized software in the field
• You express yourself perfectly in French and have good knowledge of German
• You are mobile and available for travel and interventions within the scope of the service

• You recruit, supervise, coach, and directly and indirectly oversee your teams
• You ensure the operational management of the service and compliance with safety standards
• You plan and monitor maintenance and operation interventions of the buildings
• You manage the service budgets and monitor related contracts and resources
• You implement continuous improvement practices to optimize human and material resources
• You lead or actively participate in cross-functional projects
• You collaborate with other departments to ensure good internal coordination
• You represent and defend the interests of the service during internal and external meetings or working groups
