About the job
Our hospital ensures comprehensive outpatient and extended inpatient basic care for the canton of Uri with its extensive range of services. To complement our Marketing and Communications team, we are looking for a Marketing and Communications employee to start immediately or by arrangement.YOUR TASKS
- Proactive implementation of the hospital's communication strategy to ensure consistent and effective communication, including editorial responsibility and design of our in-house newspaper "Visite" and our partner newsletter
- Independent implementation of internal communication tools and measures such as advertisements, brochures, and flyers
- Editorial maintenance and further development of the website (CMS: Craft), intranet (Sharepoint), social media channels, info screens, and the KSU app, including the implementation of new ideas and optimization possibilities to improve digital presence
- Creation of content, including texts, images, and simple videos, strictly adhering to corporate design to ensure a consistent appearance
- Execution, monitoring, and analysis of communication, marketing, and social media measures as well as preparation of results for reports and presentations
- Assistance in creating press releases and professional handling of media inquiries to promote a positive external image of the hospital
- Co-responsibility for event management; you plan and implement creative events and innovative offers for employees and external parties
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- A completed education or further training in marketing, communication, or a comparable field
- Extensive professional experience in marketing and communication as well as ideally solid knowledge in handling various social media platforms
- Deep expertise in using the Adobe Creative Suite, especially in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written
- A team-oriented and quality-conscious personality with an independent and structured working style
