The Weizenkorn Foundation is a social enterprise in the form of a sheltered workshop. We offer over 300 adapted work and training places primarily for young women and men who are temporarily or permanently impaired in their performance due to psychological, psychosocial, or cognitive reasons.

To strengthen our social service team, we are looking for a Consultant / Job Coach 80 - 100 % with enthusiasm for economic topics starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Recruitment of clients for supported work and training places
• Supporting group leaders in their accompaniment tasks
• Communication and coordination with authorities and reference persons
• Advising and coaching clients with appropriate interventions
• Networking job-seeking graduates with companies in the regular labor market

You bring:

• Degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy or an equivalent qualification in counseling and coaching
• Ideally experience in vocational integration and vocational training
• Good administrative skills and PC knowledge
• High proficiency in oral and written expression
• Strong social skills, resilience, and communication strength
• Enjoyment of teamwork as well as a Christian confessing attitude towards life
