Your mission
You get our high-quality training equipment up and running – from the first screw to the final function test. Your commitment ensures that our customers can train effectively with targeted machines.
What you achieve
- Assembly of our high-quality training equipment according to technical plans – with great care and an eye for detail.
- Maintenance and repair directly on site in the Kieser Training studios with about 20% travel activity – mainly in the DACH region.
- You ensure smooth operations in the warehouse, keep an overview of inventory, take care of reorders, pick the goods, and prepare all necessary shipping documents.
- You also independently handle the loading of the devices – with the forklift or pallet truck, you get everything safely on the way.
- You provide telephone support for questions about spare parts or repairs and always act in a solution-oriented and friendly manner.
What sets you apart
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic or a comparable technical education and have gained initial professional experience in a similar position.
- Confident handling of MS Office and good technical understanding.
- You are characterized by a structured, independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working combined with strong teamwork skills.
- You communicate confidently with very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) within the DACH region is a welcome change for you, and you are flexible to pitch in wherever you are needed in the team.
