Your tasks – communicative & versatile

Telephone contact with new and existing customers (inbound/outbound)

Consultation on products, subscriptions, and services

Active sales closing with individual and team goals

Identifying customer needs & targeted offer creation

Professional objection handling & answering follow-up questions

Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system

You work in a modern contact center environment that offers you clear structures and room for initiative. Motivation, friendliness, and positive communication are your strongest tools.

Your profile – convincing & customer-oriented

Experience in sales or call center is an advantage

Strong communication skills in German (French is an advantage)

Enjoyment of active sales & clearly measurable goals

Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style

Good PC skills and experience with CRM systems
