Your tasks – communicative & versatile
Telephone contact with new and existing customers (inbound/outbound)
Consultation on products, subscriptions, and services
Active sales closing with individual and team goals
Identifying customer needs & targeted offer creation
Professional objection handling & answering follow-up questions
Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system

Your profile – convincing & customer-oriented
Experience in sales or call center is an advantage
Strong communication skills in German (French is an advantage)
