My mission at Handy
· I am the host, the entertainer, the creator and the seller of my service! I master restaurant and bar service techniques and am comfortable creating cocktails.
· Welcoming, motivated, passionate and creative, I am responsible for serving customers at the restaurant and bar, making cocktails and showcasing products.
· I am responsible for stock and inventory management, I ensure cash register control and oversee fund security. I maintain the dining areas in compliance with HACCP standards.
