IT Workplace Specialist (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for products such as FollowMe, Identity Provisioning, Pinboards, and Clickshare throughout the entire lifecycle
• Management of licenses and updates as well as ensuring system stability in collaboration with third-party partners
• Active participation in projects (Change the Bank) in infrastructure, workplace, and process optimization, partly in a leadership role
• Implementation of rollouts and automation projects as well as building a self-service portal and designing future workplaces
• 2nd level support for various products and services as well as training 1st level support to improve first resolution rates
• Coordination of infrastructure services with external partners and provision of individual services on site

• Solid education in computer science (open from apprenticeship to completed studies)
• Professional experience in workplace management, support, and participation in IT projects
• Knowledge of the Windows environment (Active Directory, Exchange, Office) and network topologies
• Experience with identity provisioning, printers (FollowMe), or license management is desirable
• High analytical skills combined with a strong service orientation
• Very good German and English skills
