You also regularly report relevant cases to your HR manager and her deputies. You systematically organize network meetings and/or mobility study meetings in cases of complex health situations or those that may lead to unfitness for the position.
You develop and manage indicators by extracting data using the available HRIS applications. You interpret and highlight relevant information related to absence and presence monitoring and regularly share it with managers and your department's HR team. Using reporting tools, you analyze situations monthly with occupational health and rigorously follow up on planned measures.
