HR Specialist Payroll & Social Security 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:As an HR Specialist Payroll & Social Security, you take on a central role in our HR team. You ensure that our payrolls are prepared correctly, on time, and in compliance with the law, and you are a competent contact person for employees and managers on all questions regarding payroll and social security. With your commitment and structured way of working, you contribute significantly to the further development of our payroll processes and the smooth cooperation with the financial accounting department.
- You take overall professional responsibility for the payroll and salary area, ensuring quality, timeliness, and continuous development
- You support management by preparing reports, evaluations, and balance confirmations as well as providing professional advice on HR and payroll issues
- You ensure correct and timely payroll processing, including special payments, allowances, overtime, absences, and statutory deductions
- You register and deregister employees with social and personal insurances, make changes if necessary, process sickness and accident notifications, and coordinate with insurance companies
- You act as the interface to financial accounting by monthly transferring payroll accounting data and reconciliations
- You actively contribute solutions, critically question existing processes, and develop new approaches, especially within HR and payroll change projects
- You are responsible for compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines as well as for social security accounting and controlling external partners
- You represent the HR team as an HR generalist if needed
- You have completed a commercial basic education with further training as an HR specialist and/or payroll specialist
- You have several years of professional experience in payroll and social security
- You have very good knowledge of Swiss payroll and social security legislation
- Ideally, you have experience with the payroll program Dialogik
- With your openness and willingness, you actively help shape a new payroll system, as a system change is possible in the medium term
- You work structured, independently, and precisely and have a strong affinity for numbers
- You have a confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- You bring analytical thinking, willingness to change, and enthusiasm for process and system topics
- With your high discretion, reliability, and service orientation, you are a valued contact person for employees and supervisors
