Experienced Site Manager 80-100%

For the management of a project in Crans Montana, we are looking from September/October 2026 for an experienced site manager on site for a fixed term of about 3 years.

Job description:

As a site manager, ideally with experience in site management in Switzerland, you accompany the execution of the works from the start of construction to commissioning. Your activities also include cost planning as well as monitoring tenders and awards. In collaboration with our project team, you optimize the progress of the works, establish the schedule, and monitor costs as well as compliance with contractual conditions.

What we expect from you:

Certificate of studies in architecture (HES) or building draftsman / ES technician

Extensive experience and professional skills in Site Management

Knowledge in the field of tenders

Versatile and flexible personality

Knowledge in the field of financial organization of construction sites (Messerli)

Organizational skills, structured and reliable working method

Fluency in spoken and written French
