Job Description

You love beautiful hospitality as we can offer it and enjoy helping to shape our house and align it with the customer needs of tomorrow.

You independently handle tasks on various marketing topics such as maintaining and researching content for the website, mailings, or social media. Digitalization is not a foreign word to you, and you creatively contribute your own ideas and suggestions.

In addition, the internship position offers the opportunity to get to know the operation of a reception, as after careful introduction you will be deployed in both early and late shifts. You are the first point of contact for our guests, answer questions, and provide important information. You also perform various administrative tasks, carry out daily closings, and get to know the reservation system. 

Due to our small reception team, you will be able to fully enjoy working independently!

Qualifications

You have a high school diploma, attended a commercial school, or have training in the commercial field.

German is your mother tongue, and you are proficient in French and English.

You are an outgoing front person and enjoy being in contact with guests, service providers, and team colleagues.

You share responsibility for ensuring a high quality standard.
