The Parts Manufacturing
In our largest department, around 46 dedicated employees give their best every day. They supply the production chain with customer-specific, high-quality front parts and furniture parts. In regular shopfloor meetings, besides the flow of information, fun is never neglected. Despite the demanding 2-shift operation, there is a very collegial atmosphere during the daily mid-morning coffee break.
Your Role
As department head, you take on a key role in our team. You are an inspiring leader who supports employees in their development, has an open ear for concerns, and communicates on equal footing. You act solution-oriented and keep an overview of the various areas. As a doer with assertiveness, you overcome obstacles and advance our production processes.

- You lead three group leaders & 2 specialists both professionally and personally
- You are responsible for around 46 employees
- You coordinate and master the challenges in our production together with the management team
- Together with the project team, you implement exciting projects
- You ensure disturbance-free manufacturing
- You analyze and optimize processes so that we continuously improve
- You carry the budget responsibility in your area
- You help shape the strategy through OKR processes
