Your tasksWelcoming, attending to, and bidding farewell to our guests
Working with programs such as Protel, Gastronovi, Straiv, SuitePad, etc.
Performing daily closings as well as assisting with accounts receivable management and cash register operations
Handling emails, phone calls, and daily incoming and outgoing mail
What you bring
- You have completed training in the hotel industry or commercial field and have initial experience at a reception?
- You are IT-savvy and ideally already have experience with Protel, SuitePad, or similar programs?
- You speak German at a native level and English, perhaps even French or Italian?
- You enjoy working flexibly on weekends and evenings and enjoying your days off during the week?
- You are cheerful, dynamic, and have a confident appearance?
