Your Job in Brief
As Lead Enterprise Architect, you are the central support for the Head of Architecture and take on leadership responsibility for the implementation of the target architecture at the group level. In doing so, you work closely with the Post Merger Integration Programme and take responsibility for architectural decisions. Additionally, you support the Head of Architecture in building group-wide architectural governance, set standards, and leverage synergies in the new organization.

Bring your extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect and leader to successfully shape the implementation of the target architecture and build and establish architectural governance for the new group.
Specific areas of responsibility include, among others:
- You represent the Head of Architecture and take on the technical leadership of the architecture team if needed.
- You drive the implementation of the target architecture for the new Helvetia Baloise group and ensure coordination across all business areas.
- You work closely with the Post Merger Integration Programme to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- You take responsibility for key architectural decisions and ensure they align with strategic goals and best practices.
- You support the Head of Architecture in building and institutionalizing architectural governance across the entire group.
- You develop, establish, and maintain architectural standards and principles to enable consistent and efficient implementation.
- You identify and realize synergies within the new organization, leverage best practices, and promote innovation.
What We Expect
Your professional qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally in large-scale transformation or merger projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing architecture teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with responsibility for key architectural decisions aligned with group goals and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, establish, and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance in a complex organization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in identifying, leveraging, and implementing synergies between different business areas to promote efficiency and innovation.
- Ability to drive the implementation of the target architecture while ensuring alignment and standardization across the entire group.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Relevant university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; professional certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are desirable.
