Job Description
As Assistant Store Manager, in a country opening context, you play a key role at the heart of the action. As the Director’s right hand, you are a pillar in the daily management of the store.
Your missions:
- Inspiring manager: you create a positive atmosphere, develop autonomy and responsibility. You support Kiabers in their growth, lead managerial rituals, and practice constructive feedback. As a change agent, you support company transformations.
- Commerce & management: you analyze KPIs, implement action plans to achieve objectives. You organize store activity, know the goals to reach, and lead the omnichannel strategy. You identify levers to boost turnover.
- Customer experience guarantor: you ensure the store’s presentation is compliant, highlight our products (first and second hand), and support offer diversification. You ensure compliance with merchandising, safety, and internal procedures.
- Well-being actor: you guarantee a healthy and safe work environment, promoting quality of life and team safety.
Qualifications
What we look for in you:
- Passionate, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to drive team dynamics serving our customers.
- Proactive and organized, with analytical skills to identify growth levers.
- Natural leadership, desire to help others grow and to share knowledge.
- Comfortable with training and applying rules, as well as HR management (planning, administration, payroll).
- Proven experience in management within specialized distribution, retail, or ready-to-wear.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and its specifics, as well as proficiency in several languages, are major assets for success in this role.
