- Completed training as a systems and apparatus builder or similar.
- Experience with aluminum welding, especially MIG.
- Strong quality awareness and enthusiasm for large components.

Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for assembling our aluminum components based on technical drawings
- Executing diverse welding tasks on assemblies up to the complete car body (manual or automatic)
- Manual reworking of welded components
- Successful and straightforward collaboration in a team of up to eight people
- Accountability for maintaining our quality standards
Your Qualifications
- Completed basic training as a plant and apparatus builder, metal construction locksmith, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in the aluminum sector (MIG required / TIG advantageous)
- Quality awareness and enthusiasm for large components
- Willingness to work shifts (morning and evening shifts, no night shifts)
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
