Department: Life Sciences and Facility Management
Start of work: December 1, 2025, or by arrangement
You will support the institute management in all organizational and administrative matters. You organize meetings and events and ensure appropriate culinary catering. You write invitations and minutes of management meetings and are responsible for their correct filing; furthermore, you process appointment requests and invoices.
For this role, you bring a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience, especially in minute taking. Your confident proficiency in German and English is complemented by good user knowledge of MS Office products. We are looking for a communicative, service-oriented personality who enjoys organizing events and occasions and keeps an overview even in hectic situations.
