Your Impact
- Lead Tech Due Diligence - Assess platforms, ERP landscapes, architecture maturity, security posture, and scalability of target companies in M&A deals.
- Design System Harmonization Plans - Identify overlaps, define integration points, and architect consolidation strategies across ERP and IT systems post-merger.
- Predict Challenges and Shape Roadmaps - Help clients foresee risks tied to complex system consolidations and guide them with practical, business-aligned technology roadmaps.
- Establish Playbooks and Standards - Codify learnings and best practices into reusable frameworks for due diligence and harmonization.
- Engage C-Level Stakeholders - Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for executives and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and Empower Teams - Build client and internal capabilities by sharing frameworks, tools, and proven methods for sustainable decision-making.
Your Skill Set
- 7+ years in consulting, enterprise architecture, or M&A advisory. Proven record leading ERP or IT system consolidations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, ERP ecosystems (mainly SAP, Oracle, etc.), integration patterns, cloud platforms, and security.
- Ability to simplify complex technology landscapes into clear roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Comfortable engaging with executives, leading small teams, and presenting strategic insights in clear, business-friendly language.
- TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications would be considered a plus.
